Serverion neće shvatiti podatke koje Klijent pohranjuje i / ili širi putem sustava Serverion , osim ako je to neophodno za pravilno izvršavanje Ugovora ili je Serverion dužan učiniti prema zakonskoj odredbi ili sudskom nalogu. U tom će slučaju Serverion nastojati što više ograničiti znanje o podacima, koliko je to u njegovoj moći.

Članak 14. Izmjene Općih uvjeta

  1. Serverion zadržava pravo izmjene ili dopune ovih uvjeta.
  2. Promjene se odnose i na ugovore koji su već sklopljeni uz propisno poštivanje razdoblja od 30 dana nakon objave promjena na web mjestu Serverion ili putem elektroničkih poruka. Promjene od manje važnosti mogu se izvršiti u bilo kojem trenutku.
  3. Ako Klijent ne želi prihvatiti promjenu ovih uvjeta, može raskinuti ugovor do ovog datuma sve dok novi uvjeti ne stupe na snagu.

Članak 15. Završne odredbe

  1. Na ovaj se sporazum primjenjuje nizozemski zakon.
  2. Ukoliko pravila obveznog prava drugačije ne propisuju, svi sporovi koji mogu nastati ovim sporazumom bit će predani nadležnom nizozemskom sudu u Amsterdamu.
  3. Ako se čini da nijedna odredba ovog sporazuma nevažeća, to ne utječe na valjanost cijelog ugovora. U tom će slučaju stranke zamijeniti (a) novim odredbama, koje će, koliko je zakonski moguće, dobiti oblik prvobitnog sporazuma i Općih uvjeta.
  4. U tim uvjetima, & #8220; napisano & #8221; također uključuje e-poštu i komunikaciju faksom, pod uvjetom da su identitet i cjelovitost e-pošte ili faksa dovoljno utvrđeni.
  5. Verzija dobijenih priopćenja ili pohranjuju Serverion, mjerenje uzima (monitoringa), smatra se da je autentična, dok se ne dokaže suprotno biti osigurana od strane Klijenta.
  6. Stranke će se uvijek međusobno obavijestiti o svim promjenama imena, poštanske adrese, adrese e-pošte, telefonskog broja i, ako se zahtijevaju, broja banke ili žiro računa. Klijent mora provesti ove promjene putem My Serverion . Ako Klijent očigledno ostane u zadanom stanju i više nije dostupan ni pod jednim zadnjim navedenim kontakt podacima, Serverion ima pravo raskinuti plaćene usluge na kraju ugovora i odmah otkazati neplaćene usluge.
  7. Svaka stranka ima pravo prenijeti svoja prava i obveze iz Sporazuma na treću stranku uz prethodni pisani pristanak druge stranke.
  8. Opći uvjeti izrađeni su na nizozemskom i engleskom jeziku. Nizozemski je tekst obvezujući u slučaju bilo kakve razlike u sadržaju ili namjeri.
